creative thinker

I am a creative thinker with engineering background and 10+ years of experience working in both international enterprises and tech startups.
I work as a strategist, creating digital products and brands users will love. What makes me stand out is my ability to talk to customers in a "user-friendly" way, understanding their needs (and concerns) and translating them to new content, product or project ideas.

work experience

At Q Agency, I formed and led Product Strategy team, guiding global clients from sales pitch to product definition, shaping value propositions, user research, and digital product strategies. Our work strengthened the agency’s offering and improved the clarity and impact of client engagements.

At Infobip, Croatia’s first unicorn, I led Industry monetization team, focused on monetizing new B2B messaging products, such as chatbots, by creating go-to-market strategies across industries and continents. I successfully aligned product, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate adoption in key markets.

During my five-year tenure at Deutsche Telekom, including a year at HQ in Bonn, I progressed from Product Manager to Director of ICT Product Management, leading a team of 30. I oversaw a B2B portfolio of 20+ services, managed financial planning, and drove communication and go-to-market strategies across digital and PR channels.

Alongside my corporate roles, I built a freelance practice as a product strategist, brand consultant, and content creator, shaping strategies for various clients.

education

In 2010, I earned my Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb, where I was awarded the Ericsson Nikola Tesla scholarship, recognized as one of the top students in her field. This foundation gave me strong technical depth and analytical rigor early in my career.

To complement my engineering background, in 2014 I completed an MBA through a joint program between Nagoya University of Commerce and Business (Japan) and the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, gaining international exposure and a strong business perspective. This global experience enriched my strategic thinking and broadened her leadership competencies.

I am also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), demonstrating her mastery of structured methodologies, project execution, and cross-functional leadership—skills I have applied in both corporate and fast-moving tech environments.
